Refund policy

You hear a free sample of your own book before you pay anything. That is how you decide: if you like how it sounds, you buy the book.

When we give your money back

If we can't finish your audiobook, you get your money back in full. Whatever the reason, and whenever it turns out.

Once you have paid

Paying asks us to start narrating your book straight away. The work is done for your book alone and can't be undone or sold to anyone else, so once you have paid you can't cancel for a refund because you have changed your mind. You tick a box to say so before you pay. The free sample is there so that you don't have to.

If something is wrong, we put it right

Have any passage read again, with a note on how it should sound: that costs nothing, as often as it takes. If something is wrong that you can't fix that way, tell us and we will.

If we can't put a fault right in a reasonable time, the law may give you the right to some or all of your money back. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

How to ask

Write to us in the app under Help, or at hello@audio-book.ai, and say which book. We answer within two working days. A refund goes back the way you paid, through PayPal, within two weeks of our agreeing to it. After a refund the audiobook is no longer yours to use or publish.
